Payment Data
We may collect data necessary to process your payment if you make purchases. We use a third-party payment processor BillDesk (https://www.billdesk.com/web/) to bill you through your selected mode of payment.

Vehicle Information
We may collect information about your vehicle, such as the make, model, year, and license plate number.

Location Data
We may collect your GPS location data when you use our mobile Application for scheduling services and tracking purposes. If you wish to change our access or permissions, you may do so in your device's settings.

Transactional Information
We collect transaction information related to the use of our services, including the type of services requested or provided. We collect details about your vehicle, including its make, model, and license plate number; and additional details such as scheduled date and time, requested service location, preferences or custom instructions you provide related to the services. We may collect photographs of the vehicle, to document the condition of the vehicle before and after the service.

Appointment History
We collect and store certain information related to your previous appointments. This information may include your name, contact details, date and time of your appointment, vehicle details, type of service requested, location where the service was provided and payment details excluding sensitive financial information.

Usage Data
We collect data related to your interaction with our Services. This includes your browsing activity, session duration, preferences and app crashes and other system activity.

Device Data
We collect data about the devices whey you visit, use or navigate our Services. This information does not reveal your specific identity (like your name or contact information) but may include device and usage information, such as your IP address, browser and device characteristics, hardware models, unique device identifiers (e.g., IMEI, IDFA), device name, mobile network information, Application usage data, device location data (with your consent), operating system and versions, software, language preferences, referring URLs, advertising identifiers, device motion data and information about how and when you use our Services.

Communications Data
We collect data regarding any feedback or communication you provide to us, when using our Online Properties or Services, and this includes text messages, emails, in-app messages, as well as the content of text or email, phone calls and any other form of communication related to our services. This may also include photographs, or audio or video recordings submitted by users in connection with a customer support request.

We use a third-party payment processor BillDesk (https://www.billdesk.com/web/) to process payments and generate invoices for the services you request. And to keep a record of your transaction history, including the amount paid, date, and payment method, for billing and accounting purposes.

Customer Support
We process your information to respond to your inquiries, provide support to users and solve any potential issues you might have with the requested services. Communication records between you and our customer support team, including emails, chat transcripts, or phone call logs, may be used for customer support purposes, including resolving service-related issues and addressing customer inquiries.

Communication
To send you details about our products and services, promotional offers, updates and newsletters. To communicate with you updates/changes to our terms and policies, and other similar information.

Messages & Notifications
To send you messages and notifications regarding your account or certain features of the Applications. This information is primarily needed to maintain the security and operation of our Applications, for troubleshooting, for offering discounts or promo for our Services, and for our internal analytics and reporting purposes.

Marketing and Advertising
To personalize your experience and provide you with targeted content and advertisements. To send you promotional offers, updates, and other marketing materials by sending emails, text messages, whatsapp messages, and in-app messages or other communications.

Displaying ineedgig advertising on third party apps or websites. This includes using location, order history, usage data, and device data or user identifiers with advertising partners to personalize such ads to users’ interests.

Displaying third party advertising in ineedgig’s Application or in connection with our Services. This includes advertising for other third-party offerings or products that are tailored to users' perceived interests and characteristics. We determine these interests and characteristics using data like order history, usage patterns, demographic information (potentially including inferred gender), and device or user identifiers.

Non-marketing communications.
To send surveys and other communications which are not for the purpose of marketing the services or products of ineedgig or its partners. This includes appointment confirmation, reminder messages, service updates, service reports, invoice and payment confirmation, safety measures and feedback.

Analytics.
To analyze usage patterns to improve our services, website, and mobile app, and to better understand user behavior and preferences. To analyze effectiveness of ineedgig’s add and third-party adds displayed in ineedgig’s Application or in connection with our Services. Data analytics is conducted to improve service quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.Data is used solely for analytics purposes and not for any unauthorized or personal use.

Safety and Security
To enhance the safety and security or our users and Services. This includes verifying the identity of the users and their ownership of the vehicle before starting the services; background check of ineedgig’s service professionals; GPS tracking and tracking service progress; and keeping detailed records of each cleaning job, including photographs of the vehicle, to document the condition of the vehicle before and after the service.

Legal Proceedings and Requirements
To comply with applicable laws and regulations and to protect our rights, privacy, safety, or property, and that of our users. This includes using data for the purpose of examining or resolving claims or disputes associated with the use of ineedgig’s Online Properties and Services. This is done to meet the obligations imposed by relevant laws, regulations, operating licenses, or agreements, as well as in response to legal procedures or government requests, including those from law enforcement agencies. We undertake these actions on the grounds that they are necessary for purposes of ineedgig’s legitimate interest in investigating and responding to claims and disputes relating to use of ineedgig’s Online Properties and Services, and/or necessary for compliance with applicable legal requirements.

Sharing with service recipient service delivery professionals’ name, profile photo, ratings, tracking and service details. Order recipient’s name, delivery address, contact details, profile photo, vehicle details, route details and additional service details may be shared with the service delivery person.

With the General Public
Questions or comments posted by users on public forums like ineedgig’s blogs and ineedgig's social media pages may be visible to the general public, including any information provided in the questions or comments by the user.

With Business Partners or Third-Party
We share your information with our business partners and third parties to help us provide our Services. This includes BillDesk, in connection with payment processing and facilitation; Google, in connection with the use of Google Maps in our Application; and social media companies in connection with our use of their tools in our apps and websites; collaboration with marketing partners and marketing platform providers, including social media advertising services, advertising networks, third-party data providers, and other service providers to engage with our users and gain insights of their preferences while also evaluating the effectiveness of our advertising efforts; consultants, lawyers, accountants, and other professional service providers; research partners, including those performing surveys or research projects in partnership with us or on our behalf; and vendors vendors that assist us to enhance the safety and security of our Online Properties and Services.

Business Transfers

Each platform employs distinct methods for obtaining this permission. To grant access, kindly review your device's settings or consult your service provider for guidance.

Location Data
Users can enable/disable us to collect location data from their mobile devices through their device settings, which can be accessed via the Settings > Privacy > Location menu.

Account Update
If you would at any time like to review or change the profile information in your account, you can do so directly in ineedgig’s mobile application gigkar. If you would like to update your mobile number, then please write an email to support@ineedgig.com.

Account Deletion
Users may request deletion of their account at any time through ineedgig’s mobile application gigkar or by writing an email to support@ineedgig.com.. Upon your request to terminate your account, we will delete your account and information from our active databases. However, we may retain some information in our files to prevent fraud, troubleshoot problems, assist with any investigations, enforce our legal terms and/or comply with applicable legal requirements.

Non-marketing communications
We send you informational text (SMS) and in-app notifications as part of the normal business operations of your use of our Services. These notifications are a necessary part of using the ineedgig app gigkar. You may opt-out of receiving text (SMS) through your device settings. However, opting out of receiving text (SMS) will impact your use of our Services and features.

Marketing and Promotional Communications
We send users personalized communications (such as, emails and whatsapp messages) about ineedgig products and services. We may share data with advertising partners to deliver personalized ads about ineedgig’s products and services on third party apps and websites, or to measure the effectiveness of such ads. We may use data to display ads for third party products or services that are personalized based on users observed or inferred interests and characteristics. You can unsubscribe from emails and whatsapp messages at any time. You will then be removed from the marketing lists. However, we may still communicate with you — for example, to send you service-related messages that are necessary for the administration and use of your account, to respond to service requests, or for other non-marketing purposes.
