Vehicle Information
We may collect information about your vehicle, such as the make, model, year, and license plate number.

We may collect your GPS location data when you use our mobile Application for scheduling services and tracking purposes. If you wish to change our access or permissions, you may do so in your device's settings.

Transactional Information
We collect transaction information related to the use of our services, including the type of services requested or provided. We collect details about your vehicle, including its make, model, and license plate number; and additional details such as scheduled date and time, requested service location, preferences or custom instructions you provide related to the services. We may collect photographs of the vehicle, to document the condition of the vehicle before and after the service.

Appointment History
We collect and store certain information related to your previous appointments. This information may include your name, contact details, date and time of your appointment, vehicle details, type of service requested, location where the service was provided and payment details excluding sensitive financial information.

Usage Data
We collect data related to your interaction with our Services. This includes your browsing activity, session duration, preferences and app crashes and other system activity.

Device Data
We collect data about the devices whey you visit, use or navigate our Services. This information does not reveal your specific identity (like your name or contact information) but may include device and usage information, such as your IP address, browser and device characteristics, hardware models, unique device identifiers (e.g., IMEI, IDFA), device name, mobile network information, Application usage data, device location data (with your consent), operating system and versions, software, language preferences, referring URLs, advertising identifiers, device motion data and information about how and when you use our Services.

Messages & Notifications
To send you messages and notifications regarding your account or certain features of the Applications. This information is primarily needed to maintain the security and operation of our Applications, for troubleshooting, for offering discounts or promo for our Services, and for our internal analytics and reporting purposes.

Marketing and Advertising
To personalize your experience and provide you with targeted content and advertisements. To send you promotional offers, updates, and other marketing materials by sending emails, text messages, whatsapp messages, and in-app messages or other communications.

Displaying ineedgig advertising on third party apps or websites. This includes using location, order history, usage data, and device data or user identifiers with advertising partners to personalize such ads to users’ interests.

Displaying third party advertising in ineedgig’s Application or in connection with our Services. This includes advertising for other third-party offerings or products that are tailored to users' perceived interests and characteristics. We determine these interests and characteristics using data like order history, usage patterns, demographic information (potentially including inferred gender), and device or user identifiers.

Non-marketing communications.
To send surveys and other communications which are not for the purpose of marketing the services or products of ineedgig or its partners. This includes appointment confirmation, reminder messages, service updates, service reports, invoice and payment confirmation, safety measures and feedback.

To analyze usage patterns to improve our services, website, and mobile app, and to better understand user behavior and preferences. To analyze effectiveness of ineedgig’s add and third-party adds displayed in ineedgig’s Application or in connection with our Services. Data analytics is conducted to improve service quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.Data is used solely for analytics purposes and not for any unauthorized or personal use.

Safety and Security
To enhance the safety and security or our users and Services. This includes verifying the identity of the users and their ownership of the vehicle before starting the services; background check of ineedgig’s service professionals; GPS tracking and tracking service progress; and keeping detailed records of each cleaning job, including photographs of the vehicle, to document the condition of the vehicle before and after the service.

Legal Proceedings and Requirements
To comply with applicable laws and regulations and to protect our rights, privacy, safety, or property, and that of our users. This includes using data for the purpose of examining or resolving claims or disputes associated with the use of ineedgig’s Online Properties and Services. Order recipient’s name, delivery address, contact details, profile photo, vehicle details, route details and additional service details may be shared with the service delivery person.

Questions or comments posted by users on public forums like ineedgig’s blogs and ineedgig's social media pages may be visible to the general public, including any information provided in the questions or comments by the user.

With Business Partners or Third-Party
We share your information with our business partners and third parties to help us provide our Services. This includes BillDesk, in connection with payment processing and facilitation; Google, in connection with the use of Google Maps in our Application; and social media companies in connection with our use of their tools in our apps and websites; collaboration with marketing partners and marketing platform providers, including social media advertising services, advertising networks, third-party data providers, and other service providers to engage with our users and gain insights of their preferences while also evaluating the effectiveness of our advertising efforts; consultants, lawyers, accountants, and other professional service providers; research partners, including those performing surveys or research projects in partnership with us or on our behalf; and vendors vendors that assist us to enhance the safety and security of our Online Properties and Services.
