Unfortunately, not all stains can be removed. Set-in stains, oil-based stains, & stains that have been there for a long time are very difficult to remove. However, we use various products and methods to remove stains and most come out or become significantly dull.

Our waterless car cleaning service does not cover the cleaning of vehicles that have been soiled with animal or human vomit/excreta. Our waterless car cleaning service is designed for vehicles used in typical urban and suburban environments for routine maintenance. It is not suitable for vehicles that have been used for off-roading or are heavily soiled with mud, dirt, or other debris. For such cases, traditional cleaning methods are recommended. It all depends on the size of your car and service selected. On an average it takes 15 – 20 minutes for exterior cleaning and 30 – 40 minutes for interior and exterior cleaning.
We will send you an email, text or in-app notification confirming your appointment. A professional will be assigned one hour before your appointment time.Our “gigkar app” will keep you updated with the status of the booking.
You can pause your scheduled subscription services for a specific time period. However, we request you to please update in the app 24 hours before the start of the scheduled services so that it is timely reflected in our automated scheduling system. No pausing of Services is allowed within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time. For more details please check our Terms and Conditions.
You may pause your scheduled subscription Services up to 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time. The paused subscription Services are redeemable in the form of points. For more details lease check our Terms and Conditions.
In case of one-time services, ifyou or your car is not present at the service location requested by you or we are not able to access your vehicle at the scheduled appointment time, then you will be charged the full amount of the Service fee. No refunds will be applicable for missed scheduled appointments. In case of subscription, if your car is not present at the service location requested by you or we are not able to access your vehicle at the scheduled appointment time, then that particular service appointment will be marked as completed and no refunds will be applicable for that particular service appointment.
You may cancel your scheduled service anytime. Cancellation charges are applicable. However, in case of subscription services no cancellation is allowed, only pausing of services is allowed. For more details lease check our Terms and Conditions.
Every time you refer a friend or co-worker you will earn points only on completion of the first service booked by your friend or co-worker you referred.For more details lease check our Terms and Conditions.
We carefully vet, do thorough background checks and train before onboarding professionals to deliver outstanding services and provide seamless user experience from start to finish.
Our scheduling system equally distributes services based on location, time, length of service, and availability of our professionals. All our professionals are equally trained and competent.As a result, we do not accept such requests, in order to provide all of our customers with the best availability.
We use a third-party payment gateway processor (BillDesk) to bill you through your selected mode of payment. As a completely cashless service we accept the following payment methods.
Invoices and receipts are available in the “gigkar app” and are super easy to download.

Cancellations made up to one hour before the scheduled appointment timewill incur a cancellation fee amounting to 10% of the total Service fee paid.Cancellations made within one hour will incur a cancellation fee amounting to 20% of the total Service fee paid. You will be refunded the remaining amount after deducting the cancellation feeand GST.In case of subscriptionservices, if you have consumed at least one scheduled appointment service no cancellation is allowed. If you are due a refund, we will process this immediately and you should expect to see it on your bank statement within 5 –10  working days.In case you do not receive your refund then please contact us at support@ineedgig.com.
